Dustin and I are originally from Kansas City, and lived there all of our lives until our big move. We have three very spoiled dogs. Venus is an 12 year old German Shepherd, Bailey is 4 and Dallas 4, they are both lovable mutts. They are like our kids, and get treated as such. They provide us endless entertainment. As for me (stephanie), I am a born-again student pursuing a degree in Fisheries Biology at Colorado State University beginning Spring 2011. This change in career paths stemmed from being smacked by the rat race, and the burning desire to do something I loved rather than something for a paycheck. I am outdoorsy gal, and love to backpack and fly fish. I'm a preservationist, and not afraid to say what I think. As for Dustin, he pays for all of our "hobbies"! He is a commercial electrician by day and an outdoors man any other time. Hunting tops his list of outdoor passions, but no one has to beg him to go fish either. He's new to fly-tying, but has become quite good. He backpacks right along with me, and loves every minute of it...or at least he is smart enough to not say otherwise :)
